Axon MDM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Axon MDM", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed in connection with our enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that data.

1. Who We Are

Axon MDM Solutions is a B2B enterprise software company providing Mobile Device Management infrastructure for organizations managing Apple devices through Apple Business Manager. Our registered office is located at C-75 MAHAVIR VIHAR COLONY, KANJHAWALA, DELHI-110081.

2. Information We Collect

We process data strictly on behalf of our enterprise clients ("Organizations"). The categories of data we process include:

• Device Identifiers: Serial Number, IMEI, UDID, and MAC address — required for Apple Business Manager and MDM enrollment.
• Device Status Information: Enrollment status, OS version, battery level, last check-in time, and policy compliance status.
• Administrator Account Data: Name, business email address, and phone number of the IT administrator who creates an Axon MDM account.
• Usage Logs: Logs of administrative actions (e.g., "Device locked by admin@company.com at 3:42 PM") for audit and accountability purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to provide, operate, and improve the Axon MDM platform. This includes:

• Executing remote MDM commands (Lock, Unlock, Wipe, Configuration) as instructed by authorized Organization administrators.
• Maintaining device enrollment records and compliance status.
• Providing billing and customer support to Organizations.
• Analyzing aggregate, anonymized usage metrics to improve platform performance.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

Axon MDM does not collect, read, or access any personal data stored on end-user devices, including but not limited to: photos, messages, call logs, browsing history, or app data. Our MDM profile only interacts with device management APIs provided by Apple.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data to third parties. Data is only shared with:

• Apple Inc.: Device commands are routed through Apple's official Push Notification service (APNs) as required by the MDM protocol.
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Our platform runs on secure cloud infrastructure (with encryption at rest and in transit).
• Law Enforcement: Only when legally compelled by a valid court order under applicable Indian law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure complies with ISO 27001 security practices.

7. Data Retention

Device and audit log data is retained for the duration of the Organization's active subscription and for up to 12 months thereafter, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or contractually agreed upon.

8. Your Rights

Enterprise clients (Organizations) have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their administrative account data. Requests can be submitted to: rahman@axonmdm.in

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to the registered administrator of your account at least 30 days before they take effect.
